Flor Juares

My name is Flor Juares, and I am a Bilingual Aide at Oscar Adams Elementary. I also serve as a translator for Gadsden City Schools. I have been working at Adams Elementary and for Gadsden City Schools since August 2024.

In addition to my work in education, I am a Notary Public and have been a tax preparer since 2008. My experience as a translator allows me to help bridge communication between Spanish-speaking families and our school community.

I am passionate about helping students and families overcome language barriers and making sure every student feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged to succeed. I enjoy working with children, supporting our school community, and helping families feel connected to their child’s education.
