Mission Statement
The mission of Oscar Adams Elementary School is to prepare its students for the future by providing exceptional educational experiences and opportunities in a safe and orderly environment for every student, regardless of mental or physical abilities or cultural backgrounds.

Beliefs
1 – All students can learn, and appropriate experiences should be provided for them based on their individual abilities and maturity level.

2 – Teachers should create a learning environment where students can be actively engaged in meaningful and challenging work.

3 – Evaluations should be used as diagnostic tools to provide feedback to students and parents. Academic success will be celebrated and areas that need improvement will be remediated.

4 – The stakeholders in this community (faculty and staff, parents, students, and the community) are partners and share in the responsibility for student learning and implementing the school’s mission.
